On The Road Again

I booked this place for 3 nights but left after about 4 hours and forfeited my the hotel price. When I was checking in the girl at the front desk asked for a 6% hotel fee that was claimed to be hotel policy even though I had paid in full. I refused to pay since it was not noted in the hotel description on 訂房網站. The girl just kept saying it was hotel policy. I said well what if the policy was 100%? Would that be ok as well? She tried her best but finally gave up. Then they led me to a room with no balcony when I had specifically booked the “last” room with a balcony and stated so in the large description on my booking. Finally, they said ok but I would have to wait a bit as they fixed the bed.  They wouldn’t say what was wrong with the bed but I did get the room. After looking at the bed and room I tired my best to accept it but after I looked at the tread bare sheets and pulled back the bed cover and saw a big rip in the sheet I know I could never be comfortable there and booked another hotel 5 mins away called the Hop Inn (which was wonderful). Don’t book this place unless you really don’t care about being in a dump. Also the A/C made a ton of noise and dripped onto the balcony so when you use the balcony your shoes get wet and you can’t help but muddy up your floor. And lastly the TV had all but 5 channels. It’s set in a residential area and my 4pm the loud music had already started. So happy I left.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.
